Tender Ready SA ("we", "us"), operated by Luke Mitchley trading as Tender Ready SA, respects your privacy and processes your personal information in line with South Africa's Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA).
When you buy or enquire, we collect your name and email address, and basic order information. Payments are processed by our payment provider — we never see or store your full card details.
We process order data to fulfil our contract with you. We only send marketing or update emails where you have given consent, and you can withdraw consent or unsubscribe at any time.
We share the minimum necessary with service providers who help us operate: our payment processor (PayFast), our email delivery provider (Resend), and our website host (Cloudflare). We do not sell your personal information.
We take reasonable steps to protect your information and keep it only as long as needed for the purposes above or as the law requires.
You may ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information, or object to its processing. Contact us at admin@conceptlead.co.za. You may also complain to the Information Regulator (South Africa).
This site uses the Meta (Facebook) Pixel to measure how our advertising performs (page views, checkout starts and completed purchases). When you buy, we also send Meta a purchase confirmation containing a hashed (unreadable) version of your email address so the sale can be attributed to the ad — Meta cannot read your address from it. You can control ad personalisation in your Facebook settings at any time.
